Yes, in order to protect the rights and interests of buyers and sellers, you need to register as a member to purchase goods on Times Technology. At the same time, you can also enjoy member shopping discounts. If you are not a member, you can register for free first.

The function of “My Account” is provided at the bottom of the page of this website. Please click “Forgot Password” and follow the system instructions to reset a new password.

After logging in, click “My Account” in the menu bar at the top of the page, click “Change Password”, enter the original password first, then enter the new password, and finally click “OK”.

You can click on the brand you want to buy from the menu on the left. Or use the search bar on the left of the page to search keywords to find the product you need.

If you need to change the product or mailing information after placing an order and payment, please notify us by email immediately. If the shipment has not been sent, we can change the order for you during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, public holidays closed.) If the delivery staff has received the order, the order cannot be changed, nor No refunds. Please contact us to arrange a replacement after receipt.

We generally take about 1 working day to process a paid order. Then, we need about 3-10 working days to prepare and arrange delivery. After delivery, we will update the order status and send out a “Completed/Shipped” email notification, you can log in to “My Account” to check the order status. If you want to get further information, you can also contact us.

If you pay by PayPal / VISA / Master, it usually takes no more than one working day to update the payment status. If necessary, you can contact us to confirm the payment status.

If you use offline payment methods such as bank transfer/FPS, we will cut off the order at 11:00 am every working day (working days are Monday to Friday, except public holidays).

If the customer’s order is paid after 11 am, it will be checked on the next working day. When the order is checked and received, the payment status will be updated to “Paid”, and the customer will receive an SMS message/email “Confirm receipt of payment” and a notification that the shipment is ready. If you still receive any notification after several days of payment, please contact us for inquiries.
